Prices.

All prices herein are firm for Products ordered within thirty (30) days (unless otherwise notated on the quote) from the date of the Quotation specifying delivery as quoted therein.   Otherwise, prices may be changed by GreenhousePro at its sole discretion and may escalate.  Prices stated herein do not include taxes, insurance, VAT, customs or excise taxes, special packaging, installation, handling or any other shipping charges unless these items are specifically listed and priced in the Listing or Quotation.

Payment.

We offer the following payment options: Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, E-transfer, Wire.

Return.

30 days of purchase for box unopened. Contact us to get an RMA# for return instruction. We will refund after the goods received and inspected.

Warranty.

What the warranty covers:

We warrant to the original purchaser against defective material and workmanship that occurs during normal use for the date of purchase.  The warranty period is in its own listing, package or instruction.

Purchaser is responsible for retaining the original proof of purchase receipt to validate the warranty.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty is limited to replacement or repair of the product only and does not include personal injury, property loss or damage arising from the use of the products.

Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, modification or tampering with the product, lack of reasonable care or other failure not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship.

Some products have been designed and tested only for use in their specified application. It's the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product is used according to the instructions.
